All above rates are quoted in Euro, for two persons
per day or week.The rates already discounted by 10%
(internet discount) The above prices include taxes,
breakfast , transfers from and to the airport/port
Extra Guest in Room / Night: 35 euro/ night including
breakfast.(During the winter season 20 euro/night)
- During the Low season for every seven days, a special
20% discount will be applied to that week

During the Mid season for every
seven days, a special 15% discount will be applied
to that week

During the High season for every
seven days, a special 10% discount will be applied
to that week
The monthly winter rates do not include breakfast.
During the winter season breakfast is been served
in each home with extra of 10 euro per person.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 21 to 14 days prior to the arrival of your arrival:
25% of the total amount of the stay is charged.
- 14to 7 days prior to the arrival of your arrival:
50% of the total amount of the stay is charged.
- 7days or less prior to the arrival of your arrival
or in the case of a no-show: the total amount of the
stay is charged.
